Northwest Flyers in Schaumburg, IL is looking for qualified flight instructors based at 06C. Our school operates under FAR PART 61. Northwest Flyers flight instructors are responsible for providing exceptional and safe flight instruction. In addition, flight instructors are to create and design their own ground classes. Instructors are required to: track each of their student’s progress, dispatch renter’s aircraft during your duty hours, and come to work prepared for each student. Most of your students will be pilots interested in earning their ratings for recreation (not career). Communicating between other flight instructors, staff, line crew, and maintenance will be a daily duty. Instructors are encouraged to always enhance their knowledge and skill of becoming a better aviator in order for you to make the next step in your aviation career!

Citation Ultra Co-Pilot (SIC)
Northwest Flyers, Inc., a Chicago based Charter and Aircraft Management company, has an
immediate opening for a Citation Ultra (CE-560) Co-Pilot. We operate under both Part 135 and Part 91 flight rules, flying predominantly in the domestic United States, with occasional international operations. The successful candidate must be organized, highly motivated, and a self starter. Prior Part 135 or corporate flight department experience a huge plus! The Co-Pilot will be responsible to act as SIC for both Part 135 and Part 91 flights. The pilot can expect to fly 200-300 hours per year in an on-demand charter setting.

Act as Second in Command of flight for which the pilot is assigned
Fulfill company schedules and aircraft operations
Provide excellent customer service to charter clients and owners
Strive to increase skills and knowledge to transition into PIC position
Maintain proficiency on assigned aircraft
Be knowledgeable of Company Operations, Manuals, FARs, etc…
Professionalism a must as crews will interact with high net-worth individuals regularly
Non-Flying Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Chief Pilot as necessary
Help Keep track on pilot training records
Update aircraft databases, GOMs, iPads, etc… as necessary
Some office time will be required
FAA Multi-Engine Land, Commercial Pilot, with Instrument Rating
2nd Class Medical
Familiarity of Part 91 regulations

Live within 1 hour driving time of Schaumburg Regional or Chicago Executive Airport
